Pendidikan kejuruan pada jenjang Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) masih menghadapi kesenjangan antara kompetensi lulusan dan kebutuhan dunia industri, sehingga kepemimpinan kepala sekolah menjadi faktor strategis dalam peningkatan mutu lulusan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran dan strategi kepemimpinan kepala sekolah dalam meningkatkan mutu lulusan berbasis kebutuhan industri di SMK Ma’arif Al Mizan Jatiwangi. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus melalui wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap kepala sekolah, guru, pengelola program keahlian, serta mitra industri. Analisis data dilakukan secara tematik dengan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah berperan sebagai pemimpin strategis dalam penguatan mutu pembelajaran, pengelolaan kemitraan industri, serta penerapan manajemen mutu berkelanjutan melalui siklus Plan–Do–Check–Act. Kepemimpinan yang adaptif dan sistematis berkontribusi pada peningkatan relevansi kompetensi dan kesiapan kerja lulusan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoretik berupa model kepemimpinan kepala sekolah berbasis kemitraan industri yang mengintegrasikan kepemimpinan strategis, manajemen mutu, dan budaya kerja industri.
